Youth, Soil, and Soul: A New Chapter in Sta. Ana

On May 19, 2025, the town of Sta. Ana, Pampanga marked an inspiring milestone with the launch of the 1st Philippine Young Farmers Camp and Agrilympics (YFCA). Although this update comes a bit later, the momentum and spirit of the event continue to resonate. The opening program set the tone with vibrant presentations, cultural performances, and the debut of the official YFCA song—capturing the resilience, creativity, and aspirations of the Filipino youth.

Spearheaded by KAMMPIL and co-organized by PAKISAMA, AgriCOOPh, and the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI), the three-day event convened young farmers, community leaders, and mentors from across the country. Together, they cultivated not only skills and knowledge, but a deeper commitment to sustainable and future-ready agriculture.

From the empowering discussions to the dynamic Agrilympics, the event served as a powerful affirmation that today’s youth are already shaping and strengthening the nation’s food systems. Here’s to a new generation of agriculture champions—grounded in purpose, driven by resilience, and ready to lead.
