Innovation Meets Sustainability: Exploring the Future of Farming

On Day 2 of the Young Farmers Camp and Agrilympics, the YFCA delegation visited the PSAU-ALIAS Center in Magalang, Pampanga, immersing themselves in organic and low-input farming practices. From organic swine farming using indigenous microorganisms to eco-friendly feed production, biogas energy systems, and a JICA-supported mulberry factory exporting tea to Japan, the visit showcased how smart, sustainable, and globally connected farming can be. This experience offered participants a firsthand glimpse into innovative agricultural practices and the future of eco-conscious farming.
